1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Munivra, including the web app, API, billing features, notifications, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Munivra helps businesses track equipment, service history, maintenance intervals, upcoming service dates, email reminders, push notifications, and subscription billing.
Munivra is a recordkeeping and reminder tool. It is not a substitute for professional inspection, legal compliance, safety procedures, manufacturer instructions, or maintenance obligations.
3. Accounts and Authorized Users
- You must provide accurate account and business information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the service, including equipment records, maintenance logs, notes, and related business information.
You grant Munivra a limited right to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security measures.
- Misrepresent your identity or business.
- Use the service to store content that infringes others' rights.
6. Plans, Billing, and Taxes
Munivra may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts.
Plan limits, features, and pricing are described on the Pricing page and may change prospectively with notice where required.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically delete your account or business data.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unless required by law or expressly stated, subscription fees are not automatically refundable.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, maintenance, business, legal, or operational reasons.
10. Third-Party Services
The service may depend on third-party providers such as Stripe, SendGrid, Firebase, hosting providers, and other infrastructure services. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munivra disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
You are responsible for verifying maintenance schedules, complying with applicable laws and safety standards, and following manufacturer or professional guidance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munivra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, equipment failure, or safety incidents arising from use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Munivra in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security risk, misuse the service, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state and country where Munivra's operator is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Replace this section with your preferred jurisdiction before launch.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
